The Mission San Jose
Cross Country teams
ran against all of
the other MVAL teams
on Thursday, 11/9,
on a sunny
afternoon at
the Coyote
Hills course.
Trevor Addison was
the top boys
finisher for the
Warriors. He was
fourth overall after
suffering a fall.
Trevor had previously
gone undefeated in
MVAL dual meet
competion. Nelson
Yu ran a good race
in finishing 11th,
and Teddy Fong ran
a strong race in
finishing 22nd.
Top finishers for
the Warrior girls
were Chelsea Kitta
in 3rd place and
Katherine Eve in 5th
place. Both girls
exceeded
expectations and
were pleased with
their very strong
races.
Overall, the Mission
San Jose varsity
boys team finished
in 6th place, and
the girls finished
in 4th place based
on tiebreak rules.
Warrior varsity
teams run next in
the NCS Meet at
Hayward High School
on Saturday, 11/18.
