Library - Adopt-a-Book
Adopt-a-Book Form  |  Book Store Gift Certificates  |  Other Ways to Help

Needed Books:   Non-fiction  |  Fiction  |  Reference Sets

A wonderful way to help provide books and materials for our MSJHS library is to Adopt-A-Book in honor or memory of someone special. The program is very simple. You select a book from the lists at the above links. Fill out an Adopt-a-Book Form and send the form and payment to the school. A special bookplate is then placed in each book identifying the honoree or remembered person. The bookplate includes the name of the donor. An acknowledgment card is sent to the honoree. Adopt-A-Book is a meaningful way to give a gift during the holiday season, for any occasion, a way to say "Thank You," or simply a way to support our library.

If you prefer, rather than select a book title, you may indicate the genre of book(s) you wish purchased. The library staff will select the book(s). Book plates will be entered in each book and the honoree will be notified.

To support the curriculum and student educational interests, please consider adopting one or more of the books, donating a book store gift certificates or donating funds directly to the MSJHS Library. With the recent cutbacks in funding from the state, the MSJHS library has almost no fund with which to purchase much needed books for our library. Your support is greatly appreciated.

The above links provide information and needed forms. For further information, please feel free to call or email Mrs. Haro , Library Media Tech, in the library.

Thank you in advance for helping MSJHS provide outstanding resources for our students and staff!
