Grad Nite is a fun-filled drug and alcohol free all-night
event for graduating seniors from MSJHS, sponsored by
Mission Possible. Security is provided and all exits are
closed to ensure a safe environment. There are no "in and
out" privileges; parents will be called if their son or
daughter wants to leave. No one will be allowed to re-enter
once they have left the premises.
To purchase a Grad Nite 2008 ticket, please complete the
Ticket Order Form
and return it with your check made out to Grad Nite 2008.
You can drop it off in the Grad Nite mailbox in the school
office. Grad Nite
tickets are not refundable.

POLICIES:
The attached
Grad Nite Policies
have been established for Grad
Nite to ensure a safe and fun evening for all and will
be strictly enforced. Please read and acknowledge by placing
your signature on the
Grad Nite Consent and Authorization Form The
consent form must be received and on file with the Grad Nite
2008 committee for your student to attend.
Attendees must
also complete this
City Beach Release Form.
If you wish to
participate in the Hypnotist show at Grad Nite and will be
under age 18 at that time, please complete and return this
consent form.
Signed consent
forms may be turned in to the Senior Secretary, or mailed to
MSJHS Grad Nite Mailbox, 41717 Palm Ave, Fremont CA 94539.
You cannot attend if we do not have your consent form on
file prior to Grad Nite! |
