Registration for 2011/2012
Registration packets for students new to Fremont are available.  Registration begins in January for all students new to Azevada. Students entering kindergarten must be five years old on or before November 1, 2012. Transitional kindergarten (High Five) is avaialble for students with birthdates from November 2 to December 2.  Please visit the link below for more information.

Mandarin Immersion Program'

Families that want to enroll in Azevada's Mandarin Immersion Program must first register at their home school and complete an Application for Immersion Program.  Applications are available at the home school.  Priority is given to 1) siblings of students currrently enrolled in the program, 2) Azevada students, 3) students from other Fremont Unified Schools, and 4) students from outside of Fremont.
