Registration packets for grades K-6 willbe available at the District Education Center, Registration Office effective Wednesday,June 27, 2012.

Please follow the steps below to pick upand register the student/s:

1.   ONLY the Parent/Guardian may pick up a registrationpacket. Hours are Monday - Thursday from 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

2.   The Parent/Guardian must provide proof that s/he is acurrent Fremont resident.

3.   The student must be living in Fremont with theirparent/guardian.

4.   The Parent/Guardian is to complete the registrationpacket then contact the Registration Office to schedule an appointment toreturn the Registration packet. 

Please note:      Completedregistration packets will be accepted

                          BY APPOINTMENT ONLY – No Drop Ins!
