Welcome to Irvington Mathematics!

Mathematics at Irvington is challenging.  We are attempting to add rigor to all our courses from Algebra 1 through AP Calculus BC and AP Computer Science.  It is believed that critical thinking is a major component of any mathematics program and thus should be taught in all courses at some level.  We do, however, recognize the need to support all students and attempt to meet them at their point of need. Toward that end, we offer an Algebra Lab class one period a day for those students struggling in their Algebra 1 class.  We also have made Academy of Math from AutoSkills International available as a computer based intervention with great success for those involved.
