HIGH SCHOOL LEARNING CENTER This is a self-paced learning environment where students may complete coursework to fulfill graduation requirements. The lab is open Monday through Thursday mornings from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. and evenings from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. ADULT INDEPENDENT STUDY To help students who cannot attend our regularly scheduled classes or the High School Learning Center, Fremont Adult and Continuing Education has a Distance Learning (DL) option. This option involves meeting weekly or bi-weekly with an instructor for support and testing while completing the coursework (reading, video, computer software and written assignments) independently at home. This is a good option for highly motivated students with the appropriate reading/skill levels. Enrollment in this option is very limited due to recent budget reduction and must be approved by an administrator. Independent Study intake is by appointment only.
