Fall Stampede - Annual Fundraiser

Fall Stampede raises the necessary funds to ensure our teachers are supported with programs to help them give our children the full educational experience they deserve.

*Corporate matching counts toward recognition levels! You will receive recognition at the level of your donation + corporate match once the funds are received from your employer. To receive your extra t-shirts for the Fun Run, please make sure your corporate match donation is received by October 15th. Permanent recognition & plaques will be presented in March. Please make sure corporate matching funds are received by February 15, 2011 to receive this special recognition.

Watch the school calendar for the dates for the annual Fall Stampede "Fun Run." Come out and cheer for our students as they run the 220-yard course and show their school pride.

Community Partnerships

Education of our youth is a community affair. We are fortunate to have many generous businesses in our community willing to donate profits to our schools. Please consider supporting these businesses. As you shop, you help our schools. If you know of a business that would donate profits to our schools and would like to be the liaison with this business on behalf of our schools, please email WSJLPTOPresidents@yahoogroups.com.

If you are at school on Thursdays at James Leitch and Fridays at Warm Springs (at release time), buy a refreshing Jamba Juice (20% of sales on campus are donated directly to our schools)

EScrip

eScrip is a fantastic resource for fundraising where participating business partners contribute a percentage of your grocery loyalty cards, credit card, and debit/ATM card purchases to the school, group or organization of your choice. Raising More Money for Students & Teachers is as Easy as 1-2-3!

Double Your Donation Dollars through Corporate Matching Programs!

You can ease our schools burden during this budget crunch period. Many employers will match contributions to schools, dollar for dollar. All you have to do is ask.

Companies will match:

Contributions to the Warm Springs / James Leitch PTO. Fall Stampede donations, Membership dues, and any other PTO donations are eligible. Our Federal Tax ID# is 20-5310550. Address is 47370 Warm Springs Blvd, Fremont 94539. Contact: WS/JL PTO Corporate Matching Chairperson
Contributions to James Leitch or Warm Springs Elementary, including Field Trips and Classroom donations. Ask your teacher to add up all field trip donations for the year, so you can bundle all your smaller contributions together into one check, if your company has a minimum requirement.

Matching funds are sent directly to the organization that the check is made out to. Either way, our students and teachers benefit!
