Students are welcome to come to the library before school, during lunch time and after school to work on homework, class projects and check out library books. We have 18 computers that have internet access. They are available to students to use the library catalog and for research for class projects.
Borrowing Policies
Students may borrow up to three books at a time for a period of three weeks. They can renew the books if they have not finished with them for another three weeks. Students can return books before the due date and check out more books any time the library is open. If the book is lost or damaged the books must be replaced. Library book replacement costs are: paperback books, $10.00, Permabound books $15.00, hardcover books $25.00.
Use the link above to find the books in Walters Library. The records will tell you all the information you need to fill in "outside reading" forms for the language arts classes. You can look for a library book at home and come to the library to check it out.
find helpful reading lists, on-line encyclopedias, dictionaries, CIA fact pages, links to Web resources, and helpful search engines. This is a wonderful site for homework and school projects.
Support your library. Donate a book, suggest a book, give us an idea to make the library a great place for our students. Come and visit the library.
