Located in central Fremont, the SparkPoint at Fremont Family Resource Center (FRC) builds on the wealth of services at the Fremont FRC, which has served southern Alameda County for more than 12 years. The Fremont FRC is a collaboration of more than 25 state, county, City of Fremont and nonprofit organizations that serve families from Fremont, Union City and Newark. SparkPoint partners share a commitment to assist low- to moderate-income families to help people move out of poverty and achieve economic success.

The FRC is centrally located where families of all kinds can find resources and services that are of value to them. Over 25 different nonprofit, state, county, and city agencies are co-located at the FRC, and provide a host of integrated services.
