Student lunch costs @2.50 with milk. Milk can be purchased separately for $.50.

What if my child do not have money for lunch?

No child will go hungry.

What if my child buys a lunch and then spills it?

They should return to the lunch line with their tray to get another lunch.

Can my child use a microwave oven to heat their lunch?

Absolutely not, FUSD has a policy based on safety that does not allow students access to microwave ovens.

Can card registrants support more than one organization ?

Yes, the donation can be split up to three ways. You can easily select up to 3 groups during your initial online registration or go to My eScrip to update your account information online.

Who can join Ardenwood PTA?

Anyone interested in the welfare of children can join the PTA- including all family members (parents, grandparents and guardians), community members, local business leaders, school staff, school district staff, neighbors etc.

Are there different levels of membership?

NO, there is only one level. Membership dues are always per person. Ardenwood PTA membership dues are $6.00 per person.

Do I have to come to every PTA meeting?

Participation in monthly meetings is not required but, involvement is encouraged. You will be able to participate in discussions related to establishing the goals and programs run by the PTA and have a voice (voting rights) in the meetings.

Do I have to volunteer if I become a member?

No, if you are a member you don't have to volunteer. Ardenwood PTA has so many programs for the benefit of our children that we are always looking for volunteers to help out. You can sign-up anytime.

Is PTA membership same as fundraising (donations)?

NO. Ardenwood PTA membership dues are $6.00 per member. It covers basic organizational costs and insurance for Ardenwood PTA functions. Money from donations and fundraisers go directly to classroom funding, assemblies, Ardenwood folders, counselor fees, Red Ribbon Week, Dragon Readers, emergency supplies, and many more programs and activities.
