    Cal Grant Mail-in Process

     

    The process below is for current American High School Seniors & 1st year college students that graduated from American High School.

     

    If you are currently a senior at AHS and you DID NOT turn in the Goldenrod Cal Grant form in October, you can to do the mail-in process below:

     

    1. Download mail-in form from Cal Grant web-site

    1. Complete Form

    Student fills out #1 through #7 and signs #10.  School will fill out the remainder of form

     

    1. Submit to Career Center
      1. Completed form
      2. Addressed business size envelope (41/2 x 91/2)to:

     

    California Student Aid Commission

    Cal Grant Operations

    P.O. Box 419077

    Rancho Cordova, CA 95741-9077

     

      1. You need to provide postage on envelope

     The school needs to complete the form with school information and student GPA.  This takes time.  To insure timely postmark, you must have your paperwork into the Registrar’s office by February 22, 2013.  The Student Commission’s deadline date is March 2nd.
