Thank you for Parent Involvement!

I want to express my appreciation to you, parents, for your overwhelming support of Cabrillo's Family Night on February 3. I was truly impressed with the record number of parents who came to the school to hear presentations on ways to help children succeed in Reading, Math and Technology. We had standing room only in our Multipurpose room! The Argus was also impressed as they wrote an article on the event the very next day.

The staff and I are very happy to know that Cabrillo parents are involved in their students learning.  Families understand that the school and the home must work together to help students achieve high standards. Parents understand that we are preparing children for a very tough, competitive world and we could use all the help we can get.

We plan to hold more Family Nights in the near future and we hope that you come back to support your children. We will be much better prepared for a huge crowd in the future.
