 Brookvale Elementary School puts children first and provides students with the skills necessary to become productive lifelong learners. We are a school of approximately 580 students (TK-6) with a teaching and support staff of 40 dedicated individuals who commit to ongoing education.  Our feeder junior high school is Thornton Junior High School with our feeder High School being American High School.

  • Parents, please remember to park in Los Cerritos parking lot.  The Brookvale parking lot is closed to the general public as it is for buses and staff parking only. Thank you for your help with this request.

  • Congratulations Brookvale!  The school did it....their estimated API score for 2012 is.....897!  A 41 point improvement from last year.  Good job everyone, together we can make a difference!

  • Mom's and Dad's we need you in PTA.  Meetings are the second Tuesday of every month beginning at 7 pm in the school  library.  Please join us in supporting ALL students at Brookvale!

    We will be having several activities throughout the school year in which we will need Dad's help.  Beginning the school year we need help with parking patrol in the front of the school!  Thank you in advance for contacting the principal to inquire about helping the school!
