  • Comcast Internet for Families Receiving Free Lunch

    The Technology Department, Child Nutrition Services,and State & Federal Projects are inviting families to apply forinexpensive internet access for $9.95 per month and a $149.99 computer.Families that receive free lunches may qualify for this Comcast program called"Internet Essentials." Information on the program is being sent withFree Lunch notification letters and signs and brochures are being madeavailable at all schools and at the District office. Families are able to applydirectly with Comcast.

    We hope that this program will help addressdisproportionality by enabling more families to have internet access andcomputers at home. More information can be found at http://InternetEssentials.com.
